Boonah		Lancia Car Club Wintersun Rally - This year the Wintersun Rally 2017 returns to Boonah in the Heart of the Scenic Rim for the 4th, and most probably, the last time. The rally will run over the four day weekend (Fri 7 - Mon 10 July) and will be based at the very special Boonah Valley Motel situated on the hill just east of the quaint Boonah township. Following the Rally, the "Giro Di Nord Settimo tour will be conducted from Mon 10 - Thu 13 July. information contact Jo Doumany, Rally Co-Ordinator, 0412 723 176.

Lakeside Raceway, Kurwongbah		Lakeside Classic - The event will boast a relaxed "access all areas" atmosphere allowing families and enthusiasts a rare chance to see some of the world's most exciting cars up close and personal. Walk through pit lane and strike up a conversation with the drivers and crew or grab yourself a photo next to one of your favourite cars. 2017 will also see the return of Group C & A to Lakeside, so it's bound to be an awesome weekend! Friday - Sunday: 9.30am - 4.30pm. Saturday Pass: $20.00, Sunday Pass: $30.00, Weekend Pass: $40.00, Kids 12 and under: free.

Logan River Parklands, Blackbird St, Beenleigh		Cool Classics and Hot Wheels Car Show - Hosted by the Mustang Owners Club of Australia Inc. All classic cars welcome. Display cars enter between 6am - 9am - $5 per car. Public entry 9am - 3pm, gld coin donation. Trade stalls, Petting Zoo, Music, Rock ‘n Roll dancing and dress competition, Food and drinks available, Trophies, Raffles, Prizes. Includes the Mustang Car Club Concours d'Elegance.

Spinks Park, Lismore		Lismore Friendship Festival - This Italian themed day celebrates Lismore's sister-city relationship with Conegliano in Italy by showcasing 'all things Italian' in a fun, family-friendly way. In 2017 they are expanding the Italian cars and bikes exhibition and would welcome members and their families to their town. In fact, you might want to consider coming down for the whole weekend as that weekend will be an amazing two days in Lismore with the iconic Lismore Lantern Parade and Fiery Finale on the Saturday night. This event has been running for over 20 years. Last years' Friendship Festival saw between 3500-4000 people attend who came for an hour and stayed the whole day. It was a huge success for its first year, which they hope to duplicate and expand upon in 2017. If you would like to participate, contact social@arocaqld.com
