How to pay for your Alfesta experience
Your Alfesta booking is made up of your Accommodation Package plus your Activity Package
- You need to book and pay for your Accommodation Package directly with the accommodation venue. You will need to pay a 20% deposit and provide the hotel with your credit card details to hold the room. Upon arrival at Alfesta 2022 the hotel will require you to pay the balance of your accommodation cost.
- You can book and manage your Alfesta Activity Package through this website, but you cannot make an online payment via the website. Payment for your Alfesta Activity Package is to be made directly to the AROCA New South Wales Alfesta account.
- Day Visitors are also to make payment directly to the AROCA New South Wales Alfesta account.
Payment Schedule
You must pay a 50% deposit for your Alfesta Activity Package at the time you make your Alfesta booking.
The balance of your Alfesta Activity Package payment is due no later than Friday 7 January 2022.

Making a Payment
The preference is for payments to AROCA New South Wales to be made by direct bank transfer. The details of the AROCA New South Wales Alfesta bank account are:

Important: Make sure you reference your direct bank transfer with your Alfesta Booking Number and your surname. It also helps if you have the word "Alfesta" in there too!
